ABOUT THE CLASS:
Each class will start with stretches, you will receive a handout of what we do that day, we’ll go over any new moves slowly, then run through the new routine of moves or dance or whatever topic we are on in a given week quickly to our music cd to get the feel for the moves. Each class will end with stretching. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions at any time, or to take a break if necessary. Bellydance for fun and fitness is a low impact dance exercise/art. It is good for your body, but I wont be asking you to exert any more energy than what feels good to you. This class isn’t just a way to exercise, but an artform and a way to feel great in your own skin! Relax, smile, enjoy yourself, feel the music!
Great Ideas For Dance Names:
Meanings to be found at www.babynames.com
Note: theses are just the most commonly used ethnicities for names, owing to the area as the birthplace of Bellydance…it is ‘middle eastern’ dance after all! J Feel free to mix and match with others you can find on babynames.com if you like.
For example: Luna=FRENCH, Zahra=ARABIC.
